Can I buy from this website?+
Only for products whose full approved pack label is published on their product page. Those products are priced in AED and delivered across the United Arab Emirates. Everything else is shown for information only, and the website will not let you add it to a bag.
Why do some products have no price?+
A product becomes buyable only when its ingredients, allergens, nutrition, origin and food business details are transcribed from the approved pack and published on its page, and its stock and supply details are verified. Until then it is listed without a price rather than with an unverified figure. We will email you the current approved label for any product on request.
Why are ingredients and nutrition figures missing?+
Ingredient lists, nutrition panels and allergen statements come from the approved on-pack label. Until each product's label has been checked, we will not publish those values on the website.
I have an allergy. Can I rely on these product pages?+
No. Do not use this website to make an allergen decision. Email management@nunestwellness.online and we will send the current approved allergen statement for the product you are asking about.
Which products contain caffeine?+
Caffeine information is published only after it has been verified against the approved pack label for the specific product. Until then we do not state which products contain caffeine or how much. Email us for the current label of a specific product.
What does NUNEST FOODS sell?+
Food and beverage products only: snack bars, drink mixes and ready-to-drink products, coffee, tea and botanical blends, and multi-product bundles.
Do you sell capsules, tablets or medicines?+
No. NUNEST FOODS does not sell capsules, tablets, prescription medicines or non-prescription medicines.
Do your products have health benefits?+
We make no health or medical claims. Our products are conventional foods and drinks and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Are the products certified vegan, gluten-free or sugar-free?+
We do not apply those descriptions on this website. They carry legal weight and will only appear once each product specification has been verified.

Do you supply offices, gyms or retailers?+
Yes. Carton and pallet volumes are quoted directly rather than sold through the checkout. Send your requirements through the wholesale page and our team will respond with specifications, tiers and availability.
How do I pay, and when is my order dispatched?+
Checkout supports card payment through our hosted payment page, as well as bank transfer and cash on delivery. Nothing is released to fulfilment until payment is confirmed.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?+
Delivery is AED 20 across the United Arab Emirates, and free on orders over AED 200. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed, and we will contact you if a line is delayed rather than hold the order silently.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?+
Prices are shown in AED and 5% VAT is calculated and displayed separately at checkout, alongside delivery, before you pay.
Can I return food I have changed my mind about?+
Sealed food and drink products are only returnable if the item is damaged, incorrect or unfit. Tell us within a reasonable time and we will replace or refund it.
How are products packed and shipped?+
Everything is dispatched ambient in outer packaging suited to sealed food and drink. Nothing is decanted or repacked by us.
How do I track an order or ask about one?+
Use the order reference shown at checkout and emailed to you. Quote it in any message and we can find the order immediately.
What happens in a product safety or recall situation?+
We publish one contact for product safety and recall questions: management@nunestwellness.online. Messages of that kind are prioritised and answered by a person, not a queue.
