What products does NUNEST FOODS sell?+
We sell food and beverage products only: protein bars and shakes, coffee, tea and herbal drinks, caffeinated beverages, and curated bundles.
Do you sell capsules or tablets?+
No. NUNEST FOODS does not sell capsules, tablets, prescription medicines or non-prescription medicines.
Are your products medicines?+
No. Our products are conventional foods and beverages. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Where can I find ingredient information?+
Ingredients are listed on each product page and on the on-pack labelling. Always review on-pack information before consumption.
Where can I find nutritional information?+
Nutritional information is shown on each product page and on the pack. Values may vary slightly between production batches.
Do products contain allergens?+
Some products may contain allergens. Please review the allergen information on each product page and on the on-pack label before consumption.
Which products contain caffeine?+
Coffee, matcha-style beverages, some teas and our caffeinated range contain caffeine. Amounts are shown on the relevant product pages.
How do I place an order?+
Add items to your bag and proceed to secure online checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once payment has been processed.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
Major debit and credit cards are accepted at checkout. Payments are processed securely.
How long does delivery take?+

Can I return food or beverage products?+
Food and beverage returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons. Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy for what is eligible.
What happens if a product arrives damaged?+
