What to expect
Tell us your requirement and our team will respond with product specifications, available pack formats, indicative volume pricing in AED and an honest view of lead time. Where a product is still information-only on the public catalogue, we will say so rather than quote a date we cannot hold.

From enquiry to standing order.
- 01Tell us the requirement
Products, rough volumes, how often, and where it needs to land. A rough number is enough to start.
- 02We come back with a spec
Pack formats, carton quantities, indicative AED pricing by tier and the approved label pack for each line.
- 03Sample and confirm
Sample the lines you are serious about, then confirm the formats and the delivery pattern that suits you.
- 04Supply and reorder
Agreed lead times, a named contact, and a reorder route that does not go through the public checkout.
What a trade order usually looks like.
1kg packs for machines and office kitchens, 250g for retail shelves, bottled cold brew by the case.
Twelve-count cartons per flavour, or a mixed pallet across flavours for a pantry programme.
330ml bottles by the case, sachets and loose-leaf tea in counted packs for hospitality.
Trade pricing is quoted per enquiry against volume and delivery pattern. We do not publish a trade price list, and we do not quote a figure for a product whose label and supply are not yet signed off.
Before you send the enquiry.
Is there a minimum order?+
Trade supply starts at full cartons. The exact minimum depends on the line and is confirmed in your quote.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?+
Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates. Delivery terms for trade volumes are agreed as part of the quote.
Can we get label documentation?+
Yes. Every quoted line comes with its approved pack label information so your team can check it before listing.
How are trade orders invoiced?+
By invoice against the agreed quote, in AED, with 5% VAT stated separately. Public checkout payment methods do not apply to trade orders.
Can you supply own-label or custom bundles?+
Ask. Custom cartons and mixed pallets are handled case by case, and we will tell you plainly if it is not something we can do yet.
